I like how clear you stated what your philosophy is! I think patience is a huge aid in working with little children. As always as a teacher you always want the best for your students and to encourage them to be successful! Great philosophy! :o)
I did not notice patience mentioned in others posts and I belive that that is extremely important. There will be many times in teaching when our patience is tested and I belive that that is an excellent addition to a teaching philopsphy. I think you thought through possibilities for the philosophy and make excellent points!
